This high strength wall mount product is designed for new wall applications where the wall mount needs to be as clean as possible, or removable and replaceable with only a small standard triple gang cover plate remaining. It can be used to support loudspeakers in common configurations up to 250 lbs, theatrical lighting fixtures, or video cameras (fixed, or remote control pan/tilt/zoom). When a pair of the WMI-2.0 wall mounts are used with short arms, they can support larger flat panel video loads up to 617 lbs per mount. (Loads over 250 lbs per mount may required a wall engineered to support these greater loads.) The WMI-2 arm kits includes a plastic plug of matching color to cover the end of the arm after any hardware or cable had been fished through the arm. This kit does not include a blank triple gang cover plate or the wall mount arm. Wall mount arms and blank plates sold separately. In museum environments, the arm can be removed and replaced over and over again to accommodate different exhibits over time. In House of Worship applications, the WMI-2.0 allows for lighting fixtures to be easily added or subtracted for seasonal presentations.
